Cancellation and No Show Policy

In order to obtain and continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my clients, I require a 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your visit with me. I do understand that unexpected things do happen. Should you cancel your service with me less than 24 hours notice, a $25 cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment can be rescheduled.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment I unfortunatley will not be able to forego your appointment as it could cut into the next appointment. If you know you are running late please contact me to let me know so I can plan accordingly. If it is past 15 minutes I will get you re-booked no problem.

Running Behind

If in the instance I am running behind for your appointment I will contact to see if you would like to forego the appointment or rebook for a better time. I try my best to book accordingly to the service wanted. Although, with hair it can take a little longer depending the person.

 

 Retail Return Policy

I strive to give my clients the best satisfaction with their retail purchases. If you are having challenges with your retail purchase let me know within 30 days of your purchase. I do not offer refunds for retail but will provide you with new retail that better suits your hair needs in exchange for the unsatisfactory purchase.

Guests At Your Appointment

Please do not bring anyone friends, family, or children to your appointment unless they are receiving a hair service as well. 

Babies are allowed due to needs of baby mother relationship.
